At Talladium U.K. we are sticklers for high quality products and only stock dental materials and dental equipment that we believe in and use in our own labs. We keep all our materials in stock so that goods are dispatched the day you order them and are delivered to you the next day.

Customer Care Policy

Talladium U.K. have a straightforward approach to customer care, service and support – essentially we treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves. We offer a friendly, personal service and treat all our customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve. Orders are sent out on the day they are received for next day delivery, any enquiries are dealt with within 1 working day, and customers have direct telephone access to our technicians for any technical questions they have.

Commitment to Training

As a dental supply company we are always looking for the best and latest dental technologies which we can introduce to the UK. For example, we were the first company to introduce non-precious bonding alloy for crowns & bridges and then later, acetal resin for the fabrication of tooth-coloured clasps, techniques which are now standard practice in the UK.

As part of this commitment to the advancement of dental technology in the UK, we run dental training courses to ensure that the dental technicians buying into these new concepts and techniques and the ones introducing them into the UK market place have the competency and passion to do it well and ensure its success.

Slavko Kos RDT MDTA

All our courses are run by Slavko Kos RDT MDTA, a dental technician with over 40 years experience, and are kept to intimate groups of 4 or less to ensure that everyone goes away feeling that they have been part of the learning process and have had all their personal questions answered. We then offer an ongoing free telephone consultancy with Slavko (sometimes even when he's on holiday!) to help with any queries thereafter.

Dispatch/Delivery Commitments

We keep all our products in stock. Goods are dispatched the day the order is placed and delivered the following day unless otherwise stated. On the rare occasions when this is not possible or an item is out of stock, and it is not advertised on the site, we will contact you and let you know the expected date of delivery and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order.
